Julian Centofante is a 24-year-old artist from Los Angeles. His interest in the American West, and the frontier, grew from his Grandfathers Ojibwe roots. This connection sparked his ongoing exploration of Western themes in his art.
Julian’s works primarily in charcoal and oil paints, using a variety of styles like realism, symbolic realism, ledger art, and surreal realism. His pieces combine detailed representation with deeper symbolic meaning, creating a unique blend of historical imagery and contemporary expression.
Alongside his artwork, “Inward Arrows”, is a clothing brand that translates his designs into contemporary, modern pieces. The brand focuses on high-quality, durable garments and head-wear, made in America. Inward Arrows symbolizes protection and the warding off of evil, which reflects both in the brand’s clothing and in artistic message.
Through his work, Julian Centofante blends history with modern design, offering a fresh take on the American West while focusing on quality and meaning.
